Definition
In the Camps the athletes reserve a place to be distributed by the coaches, placing the athletes in similar group levels.

The coaches in charge of each group will design a development plan adapted to the needs of each individual whilst setting common and individual goals. The minimum number of athletes needed to devise a camp is 4. The ski pass is always included in the price unless otherwise specified.

Duration
The duration of a camp is minimum 1 week, including 6 days of training, starting on Sunday and finishing on Friday. The consecutive weeks of training include 5 days of training per week.

Definition
By booking a private training the athletes will have arranged a private coach who designs and applies a training program tailored to their goals and needs. These trainers can be hired for 1 person or a group of maximum 4 athletes per trainer.

Duration
The duration of a private training is chosen by the athletes.

Zoom Camps offer the possibility of accommodation in a hotel under our management with half board or full board. The hotel is a 3***, in which we are able to adapt the menu and daily schedule to the training needs. The duration of the stay must be minimum 1 week, arriving on Saturday and leaving the following Saturday. In an exceptional case of another arrival and departure date, this will have to be considered and disussed with management.

The transfer prices are valid for groups of 4 guests or more. Failing to form a group of 4 or more Zoom Camps will inform you in plenty of time of other option for transfers whilst agreeing to refund 100% of the corresponding amount, if necessary. If collecting a number of passengers from the airport its possible that the athletes on occasion will be expected to wait for other passengers to arrive on a later flight. The flight times of all the passengers will be sent to all the athletes informing you in good time.

All the athletes participating in a Zoom Camps training need to obtain fully covered insurance for sports accidents, including skiing.

This insurance will need to cover the following:

• Liability
• Medical expenses
• Ambulance cover
• Rescue by land and helicopter
• Repatriation

Furthermore we recommend to have an insurance of cancellation of trip by causes of a greater force.

By sending unaccompanied minors, guardians must accept the UMS to be under the full supervision of the Zoom Camps' coaches and responsibles, allowing them to take decisions to ensure the correct behaviour and co-existences.

To reserve a training, accommodation or transfer with Zoom Camps it is necessary to pay 50% of the total reserved price.

In case of cancellation Zoom Camps will return money as follows, by the amounts paid in reserve of:

Up to 45 days before: Refund of 90%
Up to 30 days before: Refund of 50%
Up to 15 days before: Refund of 25%
From 14 days before: No Refund

It is recommended to all athletes covering themselves with an extra insurance of cancellation which will allow them to reclaim the total amount paid for reserve by reasons of a greater force.

Zoom Camps reserves the right to cancel a booking due to greater forces. In this case, you will be refunded 100% of the paid amount and be notified well in advance.

In case the resort closes for technical reasons or weather the trainers of Zoom Camps will carry out alternative activities such as: sports activities, physical training, ski repair sessions and theory lessons.

In no case will the lift company refund the money on your ski pass for the days the resort is closed. However, they will reimburse you a voucher which is valid for 2 years.
